The more complex and large a corporate IT landscape becomes, the more difficult and costly its maintenance. Diverse technologies and applications are used that need to be available and thus require monitoring. In the event of system failures, delays are imminent in critical areas such as manufacturing, logistics, or payment – the result can be disastrous in financial and image aspects.
In order to protect our customers from damage resulting from poor system performance, we support them with comprehensive know-how regarding development and operation of powerful IT systems. For several years now, H&D has been in close partnership with Microsoft. For instance, due to participation in some special programs we are closely involved in the development of new products. This way we gain the expert know-how of which we make use in your IT project.
In 2005, Microsoft combined and re-released several system management products under the term „Microsoft System Center“. This product portfolio offers, for instance, ways to manage entire farms of virtual machines (Microsoft SCVMM), monitoring of diverse server systems (Microsoft SCOM), corporate management of hard- and software (Microsoft SCCM), or backup and recovery (Microsoft SCDPM).
With System Center products, you can make the infrastructure in your company much less complex - significant savings in terms of resources are the result. Parallel surveillance of diverse systems works reliably, so that less people need to work on this job. Your IT personnel can focus on other important tasks. As a result, you can reduce IT spending AND increase the stability of your production and management processes.
With Microsoft technology combined with H&D know-how, system failures, wait times and dissatisfied customers become a thing of the past.
