HuDBITCOUNT - Interpreter between systems
High availability and flexibility are extremely important in today's IT infrastructure landscape. Ensuring consistent data pools between systems is a prerequisite for achieving these targets.
HuDBiTCOUNT fulfills these tasks between Microsoft System Center Operations Manager 2007, the tool to control the IT infrastructure, and the service desk tool HP Service Manager. Like an interpreter, it connects both systems and thus eases the workload for data center administrators. HuDBiTCOUNT is a bidirectional interface that ensures updated data in both systems.
Manual data transfer from one system into the other thus becomes unnecessary. The automated process leads to quicker reaction and enhanced reliability of the Service Desk.
